Media whiz Muncie Daniels must fight for his innocence and his life after stumbling upon a murder deep in the Poconos. Colman Domingo’s first lead TV role. Kind of flat to me. The show tried to wrap up the stories on a more positive note, but struggled to find a solid ending. There are episodes that could have been cut. I found episodes 6-7 to be a chore to watch. I loved the message, especially living in this extremely polarizing climate. I would love a 2nd season if they could improve the writing/plot, but if this is truly just a limited series, then I think they missed the mark and that’s why I gave it a 7. It left me wanting more, but I’m not sure if that’s because this season deserves another one or because I feel bad for them and want to give them a second chance.
